The Alchemical Integration
The healing doesn’t end when the session closes.
Integration unfolds over time—hours, days, even weeks—often revealing layers of insight and transformation as you go.
To support the process:
- Drink plenty of water (with minerals if possible)
- Rest if you need it
- Journal, walk in nature, or bathe in salt
- Trust your system. It knows exactly what it’s doing.
