The purification is not punishment—it’s mercy. A grace-filled invitation to make space for Spirit to move more freely through our form.
And it’s not always comfortable. Sometimes it’s the ache before clarity, the cracking open before peace. But within that discomfort is the fire that transforms.
We are not here to cling to who we were yesterday.
We are here to allow ourselves to be reborn again and again.
Let the old thoughts fall like ash.
Let the heaviness decompose.
Let the light in.
Today, ask yourself:
What wants to be released?
What is ready to be purified?
And who am I becoming in its place?
This is the work of the alchemist. This is the offering of the awakened heart.
